  Best car rental experience ever. I had to rent twice within a few weeks, and both times, the service was exceptional. The first time was through car insurance, and the experience was so positive that when I needed to rent a vehicle for personal reasons, I went back. Unfortunately for them, I had a belligerent relative with me. Jaimal was over-the-top incredible at defusing the situation multiple times, and he and his colleague stayed past closing time dealing with unreasonable demands and rude treatment. So patient and customer-service focused, beyond what I would have expected of ANYONE. I will definitely come back the next time I need a rental car, and will recommend them highly to family and friends.

  Great customer service. Called and let me extend for the same price for three days. One critique would be to offer to pick up and drop off. We were staying nearby with family, so we walked the half hour alone the highway, no biggie, but didn't realize there was another option as the other reviews said. Best price in the area #kayak Efficient rental, quick and courteous.

  My go to place for car rentals. Great prices, good selection, often they upgrade you free of charge if the other cars are available. They also pick you up and drop you off at home if you live close by. Simply awesome!

  I booked a car for my wife. They were supposed to pick here up as they advertise. She waited by the door with her coat on for 40 minutes. When she called to see where they were they said that they had been there and no one was home. When she told them that that was impossible since she had been waiting by the door the whole time they had nothing to say but that they no longer can come since it was too close to quitting time. 0 customer service rating here.

  Horrible. If this wasn't thru my insurance company, they would not have my business. Ive rented alot of cars across canada/US and this was possibly the worst ever. I requested a 1.30 pick up. I arrive at 1.30 and they have no car. I wait and wait and ended up having to leave and come back only to have to wait again for them to go to a nearby body shop and pick up my rental. I was told I would have a Jeep wrangler by one staff member and after my second visit ended up with a small car, that still had kleenexes stuffed down the side of the seat. Just terrible. They get 2 stars because the booking agent at the call center in the US was amazing, very polite and genuine sounding. Id never use enterprise again, given a choice.
