    Ordered a portable charger online. Did not work for my headset. Got a another in store. Sales rep was very helpful .

    walked in to try and return or exchange a gift card. And i understand that you can't because of the activation code and everything, but the lady who was helping me was horrid. I told her this was a 50$ gift card and she said well you can talk to her manager,and i said okay, then proceeded to say that he won't be in till the next day. which was christmas eve. so yeah i started getting irritated and said is there anyone who can help me?? then she said "I don't know why your getting mad at me", Like lady really? and all the coworkers were just standing behind the counter watching. bad service, plain and simple.

    Place is horrible. How are they even in business still with such bad service. Don't buy anything here as they try to get you to buy extended warranty and say whatever it takes for you to buy. If you bought the extended and bring back item for replacement they say no that's not covered.
