  Had house insurance and sold the house. Tried to call my agent to deal with her, she never called back and claims I never left her voicemails. Dealt with another agent who, I specifically asked if I'd be charged for July, she said no as long as the paperwork was in by the end of that day. Perfect done.

  I was not only charge again, now I have a $48 nsf they won't return to me even though I have confirmation that the policy was cancelled. They will only return $86 out of a $166 payment ( granted, part is for cancellation fees, which is ok)

  Been a customer for 20 years. Tried to insure an imported trailer today with a woman I've never seen there before. She thought she was a detective trying to find a problem with my paper work, when there should not have been. She needs to get some customer politeness training.
