  I brought my senior cat to see Dr. Futcher as a new client based on the positive reviews here. They were most definitely accurate. She is wonderful and Kelly at the front desk is a gem! Recommend 100%!!!

  Dr. Kathy is a very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring vet and is always able to recommend the best advice. She has even made house calls when needed.

  Called to get a prescription filled and they wouldnt do it without an "exam" even though my pet had been there recently for the same condition. Sad state of our society when vets care more about nickel and diming you to death than they do about the animals they are supposed to treat.

  I have been so impressed by the service my dogs and I have always received from Country Meadows Pet Hospital and Dr. Kathy over the years. I highly recommend her .Even though I moved from Maple Ridge years ago. I now travel 75 km to have her care for my beloved dogs and it is worth it!

  Excellent vet! Staff were so nice. I felt taken care of by the doctor. I left feeling good about my bill too, which hasn't been the case with other vets in the area for me. This is definitely our new family vet. Thank you.

  My family's gone to this vet for many years, and we've never had a complaint. The vet and her staff are prompt and knowledgeable. They always found solutions for our dog's problems and allowed our family to spend more and more wonderful years with our four legged comrade. She provided extensive advice throughout the years on a wide number of areas applicable to dogs. Even towards the end of our dog's life, the vet worked to stabilize her and to help her back home. At the very end when we had to make the difficult decision of letting go of our dog, she maintained the same amount of professionalism, care, and kindness that she always has in the office. Doctor Futcher has great sympathy and empathy. Should I decide to have another pet, this is the pet hospital that I'll be going to. Incredible service, abundant knowledge, and wonderful staff.
