  It's a shame. They have good product's but service that we experienced was quite terrible. After purchasing one of their (expensive) cakes, we decided to also purchase a cookie. Unfortunately we dropped the cookie before leaving the store, and rather than just replace the cookie, the store offered for us to purchase another one, which we did as we wanted the cookie. Granted it was our mistake for dropping it, but it would have been an above and beyond customer experience to just have offered to replace it right away rather than offer for us to purchase another one. Cake was a hit, unfortunately everyone just hears this story while they eat it.

  Absolutely amazing customer service!! I was contacted within minutes of sending an email. I also had to increase my order by 2 doz with only 24 hours until I picked them up. Again I heard within minutes and it was not a problem. The cupcakes tasted and looked perfect.

  I was really nervous choosing a bakery I'd never used before, especially for such a special occasion. Claudia was easy & pleasant to deal with & emailed me back quickly answering all my questions. I ordered two cakes for my parents 40th anniversary party. We decided on one black beast & a carrot cake. She didn't have any problem, nor charged more to execute my special request for the look of the carrot cake beautifully. We heard so many comments throughout the party how the black beast was one of the best cakes they had EVER had. The carrot cake also got great reviews from our guests. My sister asked when we picked up, 'why did I buy 2.. we were going to have so much leftover..' Well my sister & husband didn't get a piece of either & I only got to lick the knife multiple times while cutting the black beast. Clean knife each time of course!

  Candace and her team did an amazing job on designing my daughter's 13th birthday cake. The theme was "hollywood" and the cake was perfectly designed with a red carpet, clapboard and stars. My daughter couldn't stop looking at it and it was so hard to make that first cut. Thanks!

  Owner and staff are amazing and friendly. Food is exquisitely prepared and decadently tasty...oh and they have made my child the "Bakery Baby" so there is that too lol
