  Made a BMO Mastercard payment with a Scotia Cheque at this branch. They never even tried to process the cheque, they screwed up, and tried to cover their mistake by saying the cheque was returned NSF. Scotiabank asked for the proof that the cheque was returned from my branch, as there was no record of the cheque ever hitting my Scotia branch. This BMO branch couldn't produce any, due to never even trying to process the cheque. Mastercard investigated and got the truth, they have fixed and credited me the NSF and interest charges, but this will most likely STILL affect my credit rating due to poorly trained, or lazy staff.

  Want to talk about disgusting customer service this is the place to come to. They can not do even the simple tasks and also they are only open to 5:00 on a Friday. You wonder how they stay in business, oh wait I know how they do it charge you large service fees and high lending rates and with the money that they invest for you they keep the majority of the profit even you loose money they still gain money.
