  I went in and asked for a crew cut, 2 guard on the sides and back, inch and a half on top. The girl cutting my hair just stared at me poleaxed, not responding. I repeated my request at which point the girl replied, "um..so you like your hair kind of to the side right?". Uh... what? I just told you how I want it cut. So then I explained in more detail, about how a crew cut is generally done, and what I was hoping the end result to be similar to. She just sort of phased out and tussled my hair for a bit, and then started the cut. I suppose at this point I should have stopped her and clarified that we were on the same page, but I figured a professional in a salon should be able to cut one of the most simplest hairstyles ever. But sure enough, she left my hair with like 3 inches on the top, and then styled it by parting it over to the side. At this point I was fuming, so I just paid my bill, and immediately went to another salon and got it cut properly. The only thing I can think of, is maybe she was extremely hung over, or she had just received some bad news in her life, and that's why she was so spaced out and ignored my request. Because of that slim possibility, I'm not going to call out this hairdresser by naming her, (for all I know she cuts everyone else's hair perfectly). Worst hair cutting experience of my life. How can you not know what a crew cut is?

  I had my hair cut by Jeanette. She was so sweet and nice and was very attentive to what I was asking for. I am very satisfied with the service and the cut. It looks great! I haven't gotten my hair cut there by anyone else there but I would definitely recommend her if you're thinking of getting a hair cut!

  I've been seeing Zack for awhile now. He is a true artist at cutting, styling and technical. He listens and makes wonderful suggestions. He is fun to work with every time. Always leave feeling amazing and looking my best. The other stylists and owner are very friendly. Ive witnessed a number of beautiful makeovers in othwr chairs. Prices are very reasonable. Lots of parking in the parkade. I highly recommend.

  Zack! He is my favourite, I have been going to him for quite some time and I confidently refer all my friends and family to see him, they always come out happy.

  Awesome Experience - I saw Jeannette who cut, coloured and gave me both highlights and low lights in my hair - loved it all and very reasonable. Jeannette was very thorough, and made sure that I had exactly what I was expecting. I highly recommend her!
