  Jessica L. Was a great salesperson who I have bought two vehicles from. She takes care of all the little needs and puts effort into making sure that her customers are taken care of. Jennifer S. in finance was also instrumental in making this a very positive experience. When I needed help with insurance etc... she took care of any and all issues. Marv Jones should give both these ladies a bonus! I will be back to buy a car for my wife in the near , only because of Jessica and Jennifer. Thank you!

  Luckily I got connected to Jessica at Marv Jones. She always had a smile on her face, was knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. Neil and Butch were also very honest and professional. They proved they were an awesome dealership, not because they said they were or by how many awards they won, but with their communication skills and personality. Even when I was on the fence about making a final decision, they kept in touch with me without any pressure to buy. I think that's what made me choose them because they gave me a good feeling about buying from them.

  I understand that they're in the business of trying to make a sale, but it was strange to walk into a dealership and they would talk to you as if they've already sold you the car! One salesperson actually dimissed me from the dealership when I mentioned that I was shopping around, I was only to return to them if I had an offer from another salesperson. Suffice it to say, I'm never going to give them my business.

  Great place. Got my first new car here. Highly recommend it. Had zero problems with everyone I met there. Derek(salesman) and Jason(manager) made everything an enjoyable experience.

  Jason and the staff at Marv Jones were very good to me! My lease was a little complicated...and after going to 4 or 5 other dealerships they were the first ones to step up and help me! As a result I bought a new Honda Civic Hatch ( which is a fantastic car) and they have a customer for life!! Plus I tell everyone I meet to go there!

  When I was shopping for my new car I literally contacted all the Honda dealerships in the lower mainland with the colour, make, model, and price I was looking for. Among the ones who answered: about half pretty much ignored all the points in my message and just upsold their salesmanship; only 1/3 addressed my email properly; and only 2 seemed to know how to communicate properly.

  At Marv Jones Honda, I found the customer service to be excellent. All the staff was very friendly & I did not feel like it was just another sale. Jessica did a great job following up, answering my questions and helping me feel good about the purchase. A job well done!
