  Well, I told them I didn’t really need anything else from their inventory and I was specifically looking for that type of truck. They said it wasn’t really their problem any more. So I ended up exchanging that rust bucket for another vehicle that I didn’t really need and it was way overpriced too, but they left me with no other choice. I sold that exchange vehicle a couple of months down the road for 2 thousand less than what they sold it to me. The total damage to me was over 3 thousand. This is how they sell their used vehicles to the unsuspecting poor schmucks like me. These crooks truly justify the meaning of the expression "used car salesman ". Stay away from them.

  I would strongly discourage people from buying vehicles from these crooks. I had a very bad experience with them when they sold me a truck that was completely rotten, rusted to the point where it had holes in the frame and the whole part of the strut tower came off. It was not even legal to be on the road. And yet they were selling it as a good solid truck.

  Not a huge fan of reviews, but will make an exception in this case as it's worth noting. Bought a vehicle from Mission Ridge Auto Sales found on Craigslist. Took a chance and drove out to Maple Ridge to check it out. Saw it on a Sunday, went back on Wednesday (after humming and hawing), picked it up Friday. Chris was helpful, respectful and didn't push (I dislike pushy sales people - most buyers know what they want and don't need some sales person to sell what they want to sell). That part was pretty basic as far as buying a car goes. What Chris did next is what makes this dealership stand out - he stood behind his sale by having a repair made that he could have no way of knowing it existed. Without hesitation he just said, "It needs to be fixed right." He reimbursed me for the shop repair immediately and without hesitation. Hats off to Chris and Mission Ridge Auto for standing behind what every dealer should do - "Customer satisfaction after the sale" Would recommend them to anyone looking to make their next auto purchase.

  Oh, and by the way, yes, they are very polite before the sale. They’ll do everything they can to make you buy their vehicles. But after the sale if you have a problem you will see their true colours for what they really are - dirty scamming lying sleazy used car salesmen.

  Chris and Darren are a rare find in car sales. They tell it like it is and are a real pleasure to deal with. Car sales the way you want it to be.

  We have purchased five vehicles through Daren and Chris. They are very honest and helpfull. Good after sales follow up and service. They don't dicker on price much as their pricing is already set quiet fairly. Good guys to deal with.

  Also, another thing, when they sold it to me I was under the impression from their own words that if I didn't like the vehicle I could always return it. They clearly said I could always return it. Well, after I found out about the condition of the "good and solid" truck that they had sold me I called them and to my surprise I learned I couldn't return it but only exchange it for something else from their inventory. They were laughing in my face and said, verbatim, that they didn’t have to explain to me that they had really meant “exchange” when they said “return” and that I should be happy with the fact they even allow me to exchange it for something else.

  I bought a used truck in June, I've been really happy with it and was kind of waiting to review in case something went wrong (it's 19 years old with 300k...). But it's been reliable, everything I expected. Chris was good, nice salesman, not pushy. The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay, and they wouldn't negotiate, but as it was the exact type of truck (Toyota Tacoma)/model I wanted I went ahead. Glad I did!
