  UPDATE: After speaking with the owner for a bit we were able to come to an acceptable arrangment where I received a discount on some new boots and a free repair kit for the pants. I still would have preferred a straight exchange but I do appreciate that after some talking the owner was willing to do something to help me out. Thank you again.

  Now I'll start this review by saying I've been a long term customer at Mark's been buying work boots and work cloths for years never had a problem and didn't mind paying more then some other stores because of then 100 day guarantee. However today I needed to, for the first time utilize that guarantee and I was refused. Stating that it looked like wear and tear or that it had caught on something and ripped. I've had these pants for 16~ days and only wore then 3 or 4 times and they cost 80$. When I asked if the manager was in I was informed the manager only works between 9-3 and that he is the only one that could process the exchange ( not refund I just wanted a replacement as other then the damage I was very happy). It truly saddens me that they can say a 80$ pair of "heavy duty work wear" would become damaged so easily.

  Aside from this the staff has gone quite a bit downhill since they moved to the new location they will frequently ignore or avoid customers. Which again I just dealt with because of the guarantee which today I learned I was useless. Needless to say I will not be shopping here again, and will be suggesting everyone else I work with avoid atleast this particular Mark's store.

  Good sale today, however, big sign in front of the store states 20% off entire purchase including sale items. I bought shirts that were door crasher 40% off and did not receive the 20% off on the purchase. I inquired and was told that the 20% was included in the 40%. This is not indicated on the signs so in my opinion is false advertising.

  Pretty good, nice store, good selection. Not terribly engaging staff how ever if you can corner some one they are willing to help.

  There are also more "fashionable" clothing lines available, however, I cannot comment on something I've never tried

  This is a good place for the Blue Collar worker to supply him or herself with rugged, long lasting clothing, safety gear and footwear.

  I always have a great shopping experience at this store! They are so helpful and patient. And their prices are great, too!
