  The staff here are always friendly and helpful- especially the manager, Heidi. She went out of her way to make my first experience a good one even during the January chaos.

  Been going for 9 months straight, five days a week and now I feel I can give it a review. Staff are friendly and helpful when needed, the prices are very affordable and the location is well kept. Equipment is new and works great, lots of options for different muscle groups. Hours are very convenient as well. Recommend to anyone looking to change themselves.

  I have been a member since they opened. I haven't been to the gym in over a year because of surgery. They said I owed them around $500 because my credit card expired 10 months ago. They kept charging my card, knowing it expired and then charged my account $21 each time it didn't go through. Never called me to tell me any other those 10 times and would only remove 7 of the 10, $21 charges. I have now cancelled and will be going with Fit4Less. Update: AR told me my final balance, then told me it is now $40 more as they didn't see a charge... gotta love it when a company tells you one price in writing then adds more to the balance as they didn't calculate the current month we are in (Jan) but did calculate the next and final month of Feb.. I'll be writing to all of the news papers and the BBB.

  I have been a member of this club for a year and enjoy my times there. The equipment is new and clean. The change room for the men’s has some nice showers and plenty of lockers. The cardio area has loads of machines of various kinds from stair climbers to treadmills to ellipticals, bikes etc. There’s a generous weight section with everything you need as well as a circuit training area. The staff is real good especially Heidi who I always see smiling and she is always available if I have a question about fitness. She’s the best

  I love this place! I am new to this, I am quite over weight and felt so self conscious going but the staff have made me feel very comfortable. I see Heidi as my coach and she is fantastic, she keeps me on track and holds me accountable but also makes it fun for me, so it's easy for me to keep going. The place is clean and the machines are in great shape. The only thing that I wish was different is that they open 5:30 and I would love to see it open at 5:00 so I can go before work. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone!
