  It has everything you need for a complete body workout, cardio machines, lots of free weights and classes. The place is definitely in need of a remodel, it's run down and a layer of paint would go along way. $15 drop in fee is steep..

  Great staff, lots of space and equipment. Facility and equipment is a bit old and worn out. Brand new cafe/smoothie bar.

  Great gym and good atmosphere just hard to tell when the machines are actually cleaned if your not doing it yourself.

  This is an excellent facility with a wide variety of equipment and classes. It's always open, always clean, and the staff are always friendly. I highly recommend this gym for the busy family looking for a flexible and affordable drop in facility.

  At 5 AM this morning no hot water in the showers. Very disappointing, the response from the staff member when I informed him on my way out... Oh, they worked late last night when I had a shower. Not very helpful. Good thing I was on my one week free trial. Not sure I will go back.. :-(
