  I began coming here because it was a drop in first come, first serve place which ties into my life style. most times I could wait 5-10 minutes and be in, the odd time I would leave and just come back when my schedule permitted, but I always came back. last night I went in, was told four other people had pre booked and I could take the chance if they showed up. I waited for ten minutes, all three girls finished up at the same time, four minutes before they finished a family had came in, when the girls were done three of them went in and I did not. you have changed the business practise and so I must change who I want to do business with. this system will make some people happy and others not, you have to decide which is the greater, good luck.

  I have never had a poor experience at this location. You are greeted by name and the Web Check In is awesome. The team members are friendly and efficient. Great job to all.

  Ouchhh, usually get good service. But this time the stylist scratched up the back of my head and left the hair line uneven. Too bad because the other stylists were good. Oh and she also drew blood with a cut on the top of one ear.
