  I went to order Big Daddy’s tonight because I really do love the food but that didn’t end up happening. Last time I ordered a $15.00 poutine and waited 2 hours for delivery to not get my $15.00 poutine. I then had to call and argue to get a $15.00 credit because they only wanted to compensate me for $10.00 even though I already paid the $15.00. In my attmempt to order tonight I told them about the credit that I wanted to redeam and they told me I have NO credit and that it isn’t their problem that someone didn’t put it in the computer. I told the lady this was the second time I have been inconvenienced when ordering from them and they didn’t seem to care. I will NEVER purchase anything from this business ever again. I feel ripped off and feel that the customer service was poor. No matter how good the food when the service is disappointing the entire experience is ruined. Don’t order here if you don’t have money to waste because they don’t honour their screw-ups.

  We phoned and ordered two subs with different sauces. After hanging up I called back to make sure they wrote on the boxes which sauce was on which sub. The girl that answered the phone was incredibly rude and as I was talking talked over me saying "yep yep yep" rudely and then before I was finished talking slammed the phone in my ear. I was horribly insulted and called back to cancel my order. The guy that answered asked why I was cancelling and I explained. All he said was "so you want to cancel?" I said yes and he said ok and hung up. No apology or anything. Very rude and never ordering again

  While I've normally been a fan of this place and usually recommend it to everyone, tonight has been a rather bad customer service experience. A large group of us ordered several items from there for delivery, and we all heard the order and they asked for Brisket & Gravy Subs, however when the food arrived there was no gravy. We then called back and were told that we obviously never ordered it - we weren't charged and I would have been happy to pay for it if they had offered to deliver it, but they just insisted we had ordered the subs without gravy. The fries were lukewarm at best and the gravy would've helped matters. The sub was pretty bland and hardly had any sauce on it either. This will make me re-think ordering from there for a while.

  tldr: Below average food this time, normally the food's been great. Crappy customer service, not that they've ever had great customer service.

  My girlfriend and I were both disappointed in the poutines we had. There was way too much gravy which sucks because everything gets soggy. Plus the prices, 7-15$ dollars for a poutine seems a bit high.

  I don't care how good the food is, the complete lack of customer service is inexcusable. After calling back to confirm something after placing our order, we were hung up on after being spoken to by a snippy, short tempered young lady. We called back to cancel the order, and no attempt was made to apologize or remedy the situation. This was not the first time we've been dealt with in this matter, and it was the final insult. We will not be ordering from here again.
