    I've used them for several projects worth of large scale staining to match tricky colours. Each time it's been a near perfect result and they are prompt about their turn around time. Very pleasant customer service and exceptionally good about meeting emergency needs for small portions of larger orders.

    Absolute garbage. Used them twice as an independent contractor and both times customers very upset with the so called stain match for their oak stair nosings. They said it would be no problem even when given a full 6 foot x 10 inch laminate sample to match they still butchered it costing my company. I do admit it was a difficult colour to match but that's why you deal with "professionals". Goes to show what happens when you give someone a second chance.
