  The only negative thing I have to say is that we were left waiting the previous day longer than expected. Our call out time frame was between 10am-2pm but no one arrived until 6pm and when the plumber (not Anthony) realized it wasn't a quick job told us someone would be back the next morning to do the job. And luckily Anthony was able to do what was needed.

  Mario is the best. He fixed our kitchen sink clog in a very professional and timely manner. My wife has her kitchen back and we are all very happy.

  Had great service from Anthony this morning. He was able to find and repair a sneaky water leak that had a few people before him stumped. He was able to diagnose and repair the pipe in a very timely manner and charged us very reasonable rates. During the repair he noticed the toilet was running too much and fixed that at the same time. He also gave us great advice on current codes to do with our water heater and piping. Will definitely call again and ask for Anthony, when needing plumbing services in the future.

  No of this issue was the Plumbers fault more likely a scheduling issues or pervious jobs running overtime. So I kept it at 5 stars for the great work done by the plumbers.

  we had Shawn work on our drainage issue today and we found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. Shawn was able to pin point exactly what the problem was and how to resolve it with the least expense. Extremely impressed with him. He will always be our go to person for all our plumbing needs.

  Do yourself a favour and find a more professional company or an independent plumber. This company is a complete waste of time! I can't begin to explain my frustration. A few days ago I booked a technician to fix a faulty pressure release valve. It was scheduled between 8am-10am. I don't live at the property anymore so I waited there for someone to show up. After waiting the two hours I called to see why no one had showed up. The dispatch apologized and said they were running behind but would be there within an hour. Of course another hour passed and nothing, not even a call. I called again and they said that they still couldn't send anyone nor could they give me an ETA but someone was sure to come soon. Finally around 4pm I left and shortly after I got a call from dispatch letting me know that they weren't able to send someone today and asked if I would like to reschedule for tomorrow. They offered no sincere apology, just a "it's not our problem" attitude. I of course declined, last thing I want to do is waste another day of my time. I should be billing them for time lost if anything.

  Kitchen sink not draining. I checked the P-trap but the issue was further down so I felt it best to call someone that has the tools and knows what they're doing, glad I did. I phoned and was able to book an appointment the next day with help from Leslie. Next day got a call from Roto-Rooter asking if they can come earlier which was great! Victor arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. The clog was about 25 feet down confirming my decision to call someone with the proper tools. Victor installed a clean-out and removed the blockage in approx.30-45 mins. He kept the area clean, wore booties, no mess and no fuss. Great job! I'd be quite happy to recommend a company like this. Thank you.
