  Jade helped me in purchasing fish for my aquarium. She answered my aquarium-related questions and gave me a bit of knowledge for the fishes I was buying. And the rest of the staff were very helpful with the customers there. Good job!

  Am I allowed to plug brands here? Lol I love (my pup loves) the Rollover brand chews, their 100% digestible so no worries of swallowing foreign objects or causing obstructions, huge variety all made in Canada and keeps my 16 week old busy for hours, which in turn keeps him out of trouble. Worth every penny!

  Just called to make an appt.for cat grooming was told they are not taking any new cats in and that they are hosting a dog grooming month so they are only doing nail clipping anyway. Here's a news flash for Pet smart.. .not everyone owns a dog!!!

  I recently took my puppy here for grooming. I was impressed with the overall experience and professionalism of the staff and facility. It was clean, organized, and less expensive that our previous grooming. The staff were exceptionally good with my poodle puppy, and gave me a write up of all the things they did and what they noticed about my puppy while they were bathing and grooming him. The grooming instructor, even gave me some suggestions to help my puppy feel less nervous for next time.

  Very helpful staff and the store offers lots of products. Special mention to a worker named Christine. We go to that location because she always provides us with excellent information about the products and gives us advisement with our various pets. All the staff are excellent but she is wonderful. Good parking and a clean location. 5 star pet store.
